A different way to engage in Occupational Therapy

Our mission

Mission Statement:

At Connect and Grow Occupational Therapy, our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing holistic, family-centered occupational therapy services. Through short-term, intensive therapy, we focus on parent education, home programming, and fostering strong community connections, ensuring that each family has the tools and support they need to thrive.

Our practice is inspired by the belief in the potential of every child and the transformative power of family involvement. We are guided by values of compassion, inclusion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. We are committed to creating an environment where families feel supported, understood, and empowered to foster growth and connection within their homes and communities.

Support for Parents

Providing support and practical strategies for parents who may face unique challenges due to their own neurodivergence (such as ADHD, autism, or other conditions) or the complex needs of their children. This specialized therapy helps parents navigate the emotional, cognitive, and physical demands of parenting, while promoting their own well-being and family stability.

Intensive Therapy

A focused, time-limited therapeutic approach designed to address specific developmental, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Unlike traditional, long-term therapy, this model emphasizes concentrated, purposeful interventions over a shorter period to maximize impact and facilitate rapid progress.

We offer expertise in preschool and special education consultations, parent education, home-based programming, and community integration. Our services equip organizations with practical tools to better serve neurodivergent individuals and their families.. We focus on strategies for managing executive function challenges, emotional regulation, and developmental needs, ensuring families have the support to thrive both at home and in their communities.
